Boeing's First Hair Cut

Finally we found a few hours to fit in a much needed hair cut for Boe. The week was super busy with Kent working essentially seven days straight, but he was able to meet up with us for Boeing's ear infection re-check appointment. First Cut specializes in children's hair cuts and they are conveniently located near our doctor's office. GramE and GrampE were also able to join us, even after a busy day watching Boe. He was a real champ and didn't cry (like his Uncle Bubba did), although he did get a bit squrily having to sit for so long!

Finished! Had to make it up into a fauhawk!

Party at the Park

Several weeks ago (that's how far behind I am) we went to a friend's third birthday party. The party was at the park and the weather was just right. Boeing sported his Marvel Superhero shirt in honor of the Spiderman Theme.

Smells Like Spring

The first day of spring has finally arrived. The weather was perfect and the aroma from the orange blossoms filled the air. While Kent made Saturday BBQ pizza for lunch, Boe and I explored the first signs of spring.

Busy, Busy, Busy

The only time I really get to post is when Kent gives Boeing a bath; a good fifteen minutes! Tonight they are playing so I have some additional time to try and catch up. Last week was really rough with two ear infections (both Boe and I) and our usual busy schedule. Just after Boe's eighteen month check up we met up with both sets of grandparents to get Boe's first hair cut. Well, it seemed he was just not in the mood (I thought it was from being at the doctors) and while I was rescheduling his appointment he threw up all over the floor at "First Cuts." If he didn't want to get his hair cut, I wish he would have just told me:) Poor baby was really not feeling well and our trip to Urgent Care the next day explained why (the ear infection). Anyhow, here are some cute photos I caught of him once he was feeling better! He is just so stinking cute! Here he is taking a cozy nap with Daddy!

Hide and seek in his changing cabinet, a new favorite activity!
Getting so big; 32 inches at eighteen month check up (Mommy made the growth chart)
Feeling well enough to watch a little TV!!
How cute is this expression? Boeing really has no interest in the real "TV" other than the on and off button. He has managed to push the button so far back into the TV that we now have to use the remote to turn it on and off!

My Little Green Bug

We didn't do much for St. Patty's Day this year, but I did manage to get a quick photo of Boeing in front of a little banner I made. While Boe and I were at a playdate, Kent made some fantastic corned beef with potatoes; a delicious treat after a long day of work and play!

Not a Baby Anymore

Today is Boeing's eighteen month birthday; where has the time gone? For the first year I took a picture of Boeing on the leather rocker with Mr. Monkey every month on his birthday. Now I will probably do it every six months. Look at the difference between his first picture and today's.

On Saturday Kent, Boe and I headed to Nama and Papa Yeager's to check out the new motercycle. Last September, Barbara was the winner of the Live Auction at ? Now we are the proud co-owners (Kirk and Kent) of a completly rebuilt Harley Davidson motercycle. Because the engine is brand new, Kent needed to start the engine and ride it around a little. Boeing and I joined him, as we never seem to have time together all ofus anymore.
