The newest (and final) addition to our little family arrived March 30 at 11:01am via cesarean section. He is another piece of perfect, weighing a nice 8 pounds 6 ounces and 20.5 inches long! It has been a fast week adjusting to two kids, two boys, however, it has been better than anything I ever could have imagined. Huxley looks just like his older brother Boeing, yet is already such a different little boy. I can't wait for all the adventures we will have together. I recently read a quote that is so true (X2 now), "There's this boy who stole my heart, he calls me mom!"

Uncle Bubba came over the other day and captured some photos of Hux and some of older brother Boe too.

Three and a HALF!

Sometime a few weeks back three and a half snuck up on Boe. I can't believe how fast his third year is going. He is such a pleasure in our lives. It seems that lately he has just really been the happiest little guy, with such an even temperament and cheerful disposition. Now, he is three, so there are some minor imperfections, however, he is pretty close to perfect. The cognitive reasoning this kid has amazes Kent and I (as well as the rest of the family) daily. He tells us things that are a compilation of the many things we cram his brain full of. "Why" is a favorite question of every hour. So glad the way he has turned out; glad with the choices we have made in attachment parenting and a little (OK, a lot) of codling.
