Thanksgiving Tradition - Lefsa

Every year for Thanksgiving Barbara (Nama) makes the Norwegan treat of Lefsa. This year she made a special little batch (along with a big batch) for Boeing to come over and help with. It was really cute, and hopefully he can actually be of some real assistance when he is older.
First peel the cooked (and cooled) potatoes

Measure the four ingredients

Combine with hands

Form them into balls

Special rolling pin to roll it out

A quick break with Papa (while Nama finishes)

A tasting.....perfect
